Photography Rental Agreement

We love seeing your creative ideas come to life in our space.

Renter shall pay to the Owner a fee $75 an hour.   Minimum charge is one hour rental to be paid at time of reservation; after the initial hour, rates are based on hourly rate, or 15 minute increments at $20 per increment, paid on the conclusion of the session. 


There will be no reservations made during weekend hours.  


The space shall be provided by the Owner as-is.  Any plant material or hardgoods that are moved during the photographic sessions shall be returned to their original placement.  Renter shall be financially responsible for any damage caused by the Renter’s use of the space.  The Renter shall provide to the Owner a credit card number as guarantee for any damages.  

Any rental sessions held during business hours mandate that the Renter remain respectful of the business activities that are occurring during the session.  Business hour rentals are not private sessions and business activities will continue in the greenhouse.

Renter agrees to hold Helmi’s Gardens harmless of and from any liabilities, costs, penalties, or expenses arising out of and/or resulting from, the rental and use of the space.  

Cancellation:  Renter may cancel the Rental by notifying Owner 7 days prior to the Event.  If the Renter provides notice 7 days prior to the Event the Owner will refund the Renter the full amount paid by the Renter as part of the agreement.

Revocation:  Owner shall have the right to revoke the agreement prior to the Event providing that it gives the Renter 7 days notice prior to the Event.  

A copy of this Rental Agreement must be signed by Renter and Owner before session may begin. Sessions must be reserved with payment in advance over the phone.
