Holiday Mixology Class

This class will cover making a simple syrup with fresh herbs, and interesting holiday combinations. There might be some sampling of cocktails, just to make sure the recipes are good. Impress your guests with a signature cocktail. (Although, from personal experience, there is a sweet spot of perfect cocktail ingestion. Too little, and Aunt Edna still gets on your last nerve. Too much, and things get said that can’t be taken back…..)
